Before becoming a member at Madsen Medical Direct Care, we ask that you schedule an initial assessment and consultation. During your 45-minute assessment Dr. Madsen will take a detailed medical history, examine you, and get to know you and your health goals. If you decide to continue your care with us, this fee will count as your first month’s payment.
